Relay For Life
The Maryland Jaycees are committed to Finishing the Fight with The American Cancer Society
Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature activity. It offers everyone in a community an opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer. Teams of people camp out at a local high school, park, or fairground and take turns walking or running around a track or path. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event. Relays are an overnight event, up to 24 hours in length. Over the last 6 years the Maryland Jaycees have raised more than $85,000 for the American Cancer Society. We are making a difference in the fight.
The Relay For Life program has begun and you can now register your teams and begin your fundraising efforts. The Maryland Jaycees will continue to support the American Cancer Society and those who have been touched by this disease.
