Rookie of the Year

Maryland Jaycee Rookie of the Year is awarded to a new member of the organization who best exemplifies the total Jaycee concept through all areas. This Jaycee should have had a substatial impact on their local community, their chapter, and the Maryland Jaycees for the Jaycee year. The individual nominated must be an new of any Maryland Jaycee chapter, having not yet reached their second membership renewal.
