The Julie Dawson Brady Memorial Award is sponsored annually by Janet J. Harding, the 54th President of the Maryland Jaycees, in honor of her mother who passed away during her term of office. The award is designed to honor the person who provided exemplary support to an officer or an active member of the Jaycees. This person does not have to be a Jaycee. An example could be a wife, husband, or anyone who may have participated at projects, accomplished administrative tasks, or attended meetings on behalf of the Jaycee. It could be a parent or significant other who made sacrifices so that a Jaycee could pursue their dream.
