To be the organization of choice for people between the ages of 21 and 41 throughout Maryland and the United States .

Welcome to the Maryland Jaycees

Who We Are
The Maryland Jaycees are a dynamic group of young individuals ages 21-41. Our members have diverse backgrounds with the same goal in mind: "Leadership Training through Community Service." Members gain leadership skills through the projects and programs they plan, organize and conduct. In doing this, they better themselves, better their community, and make friends that will last a lifetime.  The Maryland Jaycees is part of the United States Jaycees and Junior Chamber International (JCI), a worldwide federation of young professionals and entrepreneurs. The Jaycees are active in more than 8,000 chapters in 123 nations and territories.
