Created annually by Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Pasadena, the garden design changes each year. There is 300 feet of track through a landscaped garden and interactive elements that move and play music.

Admission to the train garden is free. Donations of cash and nonperishable food are collected for NCEON, as are proceeds from all raffles. It is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday through Dec. 31. The train garden will be closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day and will close at 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and News Year Eve.
